The phone is off when making calls

When we make our mobile phone calls, then all of a sudden our phones die.
Repair procedure : 

* Use the power supply, while your phone is still turned off (off), then look at amperage on the power supply needle will not move. 

* Yet when we turn on our phones and make calls with our phone, then we will see the needle ampere will show a number above 400 milli amperes, while the normal rate during the phone call is below the 400 milli amperes. 

* Make changes to the IC PA PA with the new IC. 

* After that we do re-examination and testing of the phone scperti the above, if the present results or needle ampere under a value of 400 milli ampere, the phone is in good condition. 

* Turn on the phone, the phone will function properly again.
