The phone can not make calls

The phone can not be used to make calls even if the signal indicator on the phone there.Solution to this problem :

* Please check the settings on the phone menu 'Call Settings' and 'Phone Settings'. Are the settings correct? 

* If the settings are correct, then we proceed to examine the path to the IC PA.

* If the path to a good PA IC, IC test whether PA itself still works fine, if not functioning properly replace the IC PA. 

* If the PA IC has been replaced but still can not make calls, we test the phone searches for a network with the manual way, when the phone can sometimes be looking for but sometimes not, Heat RF IC (HAGAR) first, if the problem persists then replace the RF IC (HAGAR ) 

* Flash restart the phone.
